MRT
The
MRT system (“Mass Rapid Transport”, Singapore’s subway system) is probably the
fastest and most reliable way to get around Singapore besides taxis. Trains run from about 6am to
midnight. Besides being one of the cleanest transport systems in the world, the
MRT provides scenic views of the Singapore heartland and city areas, with great
access to almost every part of the city
